Instructions for Authors

Presentation format

• Poster presentation: A1 poster in portrait orientation.
• Oral presentations: 15 minute time slot - 12 minute presentation followed by a 3 minute question and answer session.

Paper format

Paper submissions must be in Springer page format. Please refer to the style files and templates, with full formatting instructions available for download here.

• Full Paper Manuscripts are limited to twelve (12) Springer format pages.
• Extended Abstract Manuscripts are limited to four (4) Springer format pages.

Full papers will be presented either as talks or posters, extended abstracts will be invited to present as a poster. All will appear in the printed proceedings.

The submission of the final version of your manuscript is due by ** April 26, 2019 ** through OCS Springer.

TAROS 2019 conference policy requires that at least one of the authors of your paper must have paid the REGISTRATION fee for final paper upload. Papers without any author registration for the conference will be dropped from the conference proceedings. The conference registration is through the TAROS 2019 registration site.

Please note that all the papers need to meet the Springer LNCS format (single column) and should not exceed 4 pages for short papers, 12 pages for long papers including references. In addition to the manuscript you will be required to submit the original files and the Springer copyright form (link is available during final submission).

Please prepare the final version of your paper taking into account the comments and suggestions of the reviewers. The acceptance is subject to the paper improvement based on the reviewers’ comments.
